Cookies come in boxes of 3, 5 or 7. Build one in the box builder — choose the size, then pick your cookies. A box of 3 is 10% off, a box of 5 is 15% off and a box of 7 is 20% off.

No. Everything is baked after you order, so we bake in batches rather than one cookie at a time. The smallest order is a box of 3.

Yes, and you're meant to. A box can hold any combination of the seven, including several of the same one. Your box's running total and discount are shown as you build it.

Yes. Add as many boxes as you like and mix sizes freely — a box of 3 and a box of 7 in the same order is fine. Each box gets its own discount, and you can edit any of them from your cart.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just means your details and past orders are there next time.

All of them. Every cookie we bake is 100% eggless — it isn't a separate range, it's just how we bake.

Oats Chocolate Chip is made with gluten-free oats instead of wheat flour. Our other cookies are made with wheat flour (maida) — each product page lists the full ingredients.

Amul unsalted butter and Morde chocolate, with no artificial ingredients and no preservatives added. The complete ingredient list for each cookie is on its own product page, along with its nutritional information.

Please email us at bakdcrumbs@gmail.com before you order and we'll go through that cookie's recipe with you. We don't publish a separate allergen declaration yet, so we'd rather check properly than have you rely on the ingredient list alone.

14 days from baking. No preservatives are added, which is exactly why that window is days rather than months.

After you order — never before. Your order goes to the kitchen, the cookies are baked, left to cool properly, packed once they're cool, and dispatched. Nothing is baked in advance and nothing sits waiting to be bought.

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you've entered your address. Our full shipping policy is still being finalised — if you need to know timings for your area before ordering, email us at bakdcrumbs@gmail.com.

Email us at bakdcrumbs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll look into it. Our formal returns and refunds policy isn't published yet.

Checkout is handled by Shopify, and payment is processed by our payment provider. Your card details never reach us — we don't see or store them at any point.
